Chasiah Magnesite Mine

Chasiah Magnesite mine is located about 45 km north of Nehbandan city. The Mine is including a variety of a lot of magnesite veins and massifs which differ regarding to shape, grade and color. The proved reserve for depth of less than 4 meters is 38000 tones and the total extractable reserve seems to be about 200,000 tons. The mine is designed to produce 1000 tons per month with different anticipated grades from 80 to 95% MgO.
